Holden vs Opel
Sofia ones asked me:
-Alex? Did you know that Holden has exact same cars as Opel? Just a different name. Its like an Aussie version of Opel.
No I didn't know that but chose to believe her, never looked it up though. I did ask Aussies if they knew what an Opel looked like and if they had them because I have never seen one in Aus. Today a car passed by, looking similar to Jade's little Holden Barina that I used to see parked in the front yard every morning. On this car it said Opel Corsa. Confusing hey?
Had to look it up when I came home and it is true, Holden is an Aussie brand, they used to make their own versions of Opel and now have their own models as well. Now I know, that little cute car that I came to love dearly is an effing Opel and I hate them with passion. I still love Jade's Barina.
